We recently had S&A Construction come out to give us a (free) estimate on a kitchen remodel. They were on time, listened to our needs, wants and concerns. We then met at the showroom. There we met the staff who were also wonderful. After discussing designs, colors and pricing, we decided to sign. So glad we did! We felt very comfortable with the knowledge and professionalism we found with S&A. They started on the day scheduled, kept us up to date of daily work and cleaned up! And the workers were very nice and respectful. They finished the job sooner than expected which was nice. We receive so many compliments on our kitchen – from the floors to cabinets to counter tops! We couldn’t be happier! We need our bathrooms and roof done so we will be calling S&A Construction again!

S&A remodeled our entire downstairs including kitchen, dining room and living room. The design is beautiful. The on site staff from S&A as well as the office support were great. They were timely, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The work was done at very competitive price and we are very satisfied.

very professional very clean very creative i would recommend them to everyone in the Raleigh area. what makes S&A different from other construction companies is that they make you feel like family. They have a gallery of inventory in their office, and everything is so personalized. they make you feel like you’re the only customer they’re working with. just very nice change of pace from other companies that are more strictly business. S&A actually make u feel like they genuinely care. yeah like i said i would recommend this company for family friends and they were good enough to write a review about which i dont usually do.
PS we used them to pretty much remodel the whole living room master bedroom and master bathroom.

We had S&A Construction remodel our kitchen. It was a wonderful process. Their field team was so talented. Ed has an amazing eye for detail. I was nervous about having such a large renovation done but they walked me thru the whole process. It went much quicker than I expected. I just had an estimate done for my master bathroom. I hope to start that project soon!

I hired S&A to remodel my kitchen a few weeks ago. I have been so happy with the results! I have had so many compliments on my new kitchen. I have been living in my home for a few years and I’ve never really cared for the lichen cabinets, countertop or flooring. First of all, I would like to say that Ed was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful in all aspects of the project. I had no idea what color scheme to go with. I was just tired of my drab kitchen and I just wanted a change. Ed helped in selecting the cabinets, granite, ceramic tile, backsplash, lighting etc. He just made the whole process so much easier. He worked within my budget to create a beautiful kitchen that I just love spending time in! The crew always conducted themselves in a professional manner. Everyday they were on time. There was one day, I believe that they couldn’t make it, but Amanda in the office called me to let me know. Ed, his office staff and work crews made my remodeling job painless. I will definitely be using them in the future when I remodel my master bath.
